Exhibitor Registration Types

Join World Parrot Expo as an Exhibitor! Your registration as an exhibitor not only includes your 10x10 guaranteed space, but online presence on our 2026 Exhibitor Page on our website for a year and inclusion of your business name and location in 1000 color printed programs. Even better, we saw 2,500 people last year! The most ever!

Bring your small, sustainable business to the stunning Emerald Downs Racetrack location in Auburn, WA. Be prepared to sell to families just getting interested in parrots to parrot experts. So, stock up on cute items for kids and parents that are not too costly while also prepare for those of us there to spend a few hundred on one, big toy or food purchase too!

There are 5 types of Registration:

SPONSOR TABLE: We put a table space anywhere in the building. This is not a 10x10 space, but is a space we can set up your product for you on! You are not restricted to a specific location. However, best locations go FAST, so DONT WAIT TO REGISTER! (either as an exhibitor paying for this or as a sponsor).

CORNER BOOTH: This space is a guaranteed 10x10 space that inlcudes two 2x 8 ft tables that are DRAPED! Also includes two chairs, mention in the WPE 2026 programs of which 1000 full print copies are being made. Priority space reserved in the following order:

1. Previous Year Participation; 2. How soon you register.

INLINE BOOTH: This is another guaranteed 10x10 space. Instead of a corner space, this table will be blocked likely on three of 4 sides. Priority space reserved in following year based on participation and following the following order:

1. Previous Year's Participation. 2. How soon you register.

SO DONT WAIT! MAKE PLANS.

NONPROFIT BOOTH: We guarantee a 10x10 space with one 2x 8 or so table and two chairs. This registration holds the lowest priority placement and position as does when an exhibitor registers.

FOOD TRUCK DONATION: If you plan to join us or are allowed to join us as an independent food or beverage service, we are asking for a modest donation to help our fundraising efforts.

THIS YEAR, we are IMPLEMENTING A LATE FEE OF $100 starting September 1st. You also will not be guaranteed your space in print in the program if you wait to register until then!

Your information on our website runs from September 10 to September 10 every year, so the SOONER YOU REGISTER you are joining us as an exhibitor, the LONGER MARKETING time you have! SO DONT WAIT, REGISTER EARLY!
